Commercial law deals with transactions taken by a company or business. Hence, it is also known as business law. It is concerned with trade, commercial transactions, and business deals undertaken by a business on a day-to-day basis. The Firm practices commercial law in areas including but not limited to the following:

2. Contract law.
3. Employment and labour law.
4. Intellectual property law.
5. International transaction and trade.
6. Property law.

Corporate law, on the other hand, covers governance and regulation of a company. Hence, it is also known as company law. It dictates the structure, rights, and relations of and within a company and how the company should operate. The Firm practices in corporate law as well.

Apart from the above two major areas of law, we also engage in legislative drafting and review of legislative frameworks to either amend current legislation or enact new legislation.
