Experience in Practice
Donald has experience in civil litigation in the District, National & Supreme Courts in the areas of tort, contracts, land law, family law, election petitions and administrative law. Donald also has experience in Supreme Court references and application on interpretation of constitutional laws.
Donald also has experience in criminal litigation in the Committal Courts and National Court. Other criminal law areas includes extradition and mutual assistance in criminal matters. He has experience in commercial law in the area of company law.
Donald joined Jema Lawyers on 1 July 2020. Prior to joining Jema Lawyers, he was employed by Kessadale Lawyers for 1 year and 3 months.
