The Firm’s manager oversees all the Firm’s administrative functions and reports to the managing partner in terms of the day to day running of the Firm. The management ensures that all lawyers and staff are well looked after and ensures that their needs are met on time.
The management ensures that all lawyers have a 24 hour support vehicle while the support staff are also provided with pick up and drop off.
In terms of efficiency and getting the job done for you faster and economically within your budget and time frame, our management can ensure you get the results needed by keeping a tab on all the lawyers and the support staff to ensure that they have all their needs available to get the job done.
The Firm is fully computerized and equipped with qualified IT personnel. This has greatly contributed to increasing the Firm’s efficiency and responsiveness to our clients’ needs. We have 3 IT specialists who are on call 24/7 to ensure that our IT system is running free from all threats, network errors, disturbances and ensures that all client files are kept safe and confidential.
Our accounts staff is comprised of 3 experienced account officers who manage the Firm’s accounts. Every money spent and billed is all accounted for and that has been one of the Firm’s strengths and appealing attribute to clients and the growth of our clientele size.

We have a team of 4 well experienced and qualified secretarial staff. Our secretaries have a combined experience of over 35 years. They have extensive experience in doing bill of costs, file management, managing and drafting court documents, general file management and other normal secretarial functions.
Our lawyer-secretary ratio is 1:2. This has ensured productivity at the highest level. Each secretary is entirely committed to two lawyers which they are responsible for managing.
The Firm has 3 clerks who are allocated 24 hour vehicles. These clerks also perform duties as official drivers and are on call 24/7 for late night shifts. The firm is committed to the expectations and time frames given by each client and therefore, putting in the extra hours to burn the midnight oil is a culture in the firm for all the lawyers and their support staff.
The Firm is committed to ensure professional development of its lawyers and support staff. The Firm has an in-house on-the-job training and mentoring policy. External training are encouraged and determined on needs basis.
